Prevost Combination Filtration Water Based Spray

This pre-assembled filtration and control unit is specially designed for water-based paint spray guns. It ensures optimum air quality, in line with the requirements of water-based paint applications.

Achieves level 1 cleanliness class (particles and oil) according to standard ISO 8573 -1

The triply in-line micron, submicron, and activated carbon filtration allows the air to be filtered in the most efficient way. Particles larger than 1µm and 0.01µm are captured by coalescing filters. The activated carbon filter then traps the smallest contaminants to ensure a residual oil content of less than 0.003 mg per m³ (oil vapor) at 20°C and atmospheric pressure.

Simplified assembly and installation

Easy to assemble set thanks to its three-piece connector and simple to install with its integrated adjustable wall bracket.

Integrated pressure regulation

The regulator, equipped with a front-mounted gauge, allows easy reading of the pressure. Its glass dial avoids the risks of wear related to solvents or thinners. Two PS1 safety quick-connect fittings are integrated for connecting hose extensions to paint guns.
