This all-in-one kit includes the specialized tools required to prepare Prevost aluminum pipe from Ø 16mm (1/2″) to Ø 63mm (2.5″):

• 1 x Prevost Pipe Cutter (PPS CTU63): Delivers a clean, square cut on pipes up to 63mm OD without deforming the aluminum or creating excess swarf.
• 1 x Chamfering Tool (PPS CH50): Creates the perfect external bevel on pipe ends (up to 50mm), preventing damage to the fitting’s internal O-ring during insertion.
• 1 x Deburring Tool (PPS CHERAP): A handheld scraper for removing internal metal burrs and sharp edges that could restrict airflow or damage seals.
• 2 x Drills for Tapping Flanges:
  • PPS SP16: For drilling pilot holes in smaller diameter pipes (16-32mm).
  • PPS SP22: For drilling pilot holes in larger diameter pipes (40-50mm).
