The Prevost Drilling Tool is a specialized hole-cutting instrument engineered specifically for installing Prevost “Quick Drop” Tapping Flanges. Unlike standard twist drills or generic hole saws, this tool is designed to cut a precise, clean hole in the aluminum pipe wall while guaranteeing the safety of the system.

Its critical function is to prevent debris contamination. The drill is constructed to retain the “coupon” (the circular disk of aluminum cut from the pipe), ensuring it is pulled outward rather than falling inside the pipe where it could cause blockages or damage downstream equipment.
