The system is built around pre-drilled metal mounting decks (Plates) available in multiple sizes. These decks feature universal hole patterns compatible with the entire Prevost range, allowing you to mix and match equipment (e.g., a hose reel + an FRL unit + a tool holder) on a single mount.

• Pre-Assembly Capable:

Save time working at heights. The PLA system allows maintenance teams to pre-assemble hose reels and air lines onto the deck at ground level. Once assembled, the entire unit can be quickly hoisted and secured to the wall or beam, significantly reducing installation time and risk.

• Heavy-Duty Load Capacity:

Engineered for rigorous industrial use, the larger decks (PLA 2000) can support loads up to 100 kg (220 lbs), making them ideal for large open drum reels and heavy filtration manifolds.

• PLA 225 (Compact): Designed for lighter setups. Perfect for mounting a single PrevoS1 wall bracket, small air treatment units, or organizing accessories. (Max Load: 40kg)
• PLA 450 (Standard): The go-to solution for Closed Hose Reels (DMF, DRF, DSF series). Includes side rails for additional rigidity. (Max Load: 40kg)
• PLA 1000 (Multi-Purpose): A wider deck suitable for combined setups, such as a reel coupled with a filtration unit. (Max Load: 100kg)
• PLA 2000 (Heavy Duty): The largest deck, capable of holding large Open Hose Reels (DGO, DMO series) or dual-reel setups. (Max Load: 100kg)

Installation Note

The PLA system utilizes a “Rail and Clamp” method for beam installation. Ensure the locking clamps are tightened to the specified torque settings to prevent slippage during hose reel operation. For wall mounting, ensure anchors are rated for the total weight of the deck plus the fully extended hose leverage.
