Featuring a robust, 100% aluminum body, this union maintains the lightweight and corrosion-resistant integrity of the entire air network while ensuring optimal flow and electrical continuity.

- PPS Grip Concept: The fitting employs a stainless steel grip ring with teeth that bite securely into the aluminum pipe. This ensures the connection withstands vibration and high pressure without separating.
- 100% Leak-Free Seal: Equipped with a specially designed, lubricated seal (NBR) that is compatible with compressor oils, preventing air leaks and reducing energy waste.

PREVOST designs and manufactures its new PPS1 100% aluminum fittings to ensure that they are the most compact and effective on the market.
Pipes are held in the fitting using a new system: the PPS Grip Concept. The PPS Grip Concept is based on a stainless steel ring with teeth that penetrate the aluminum.
Leak tight is achieved via a new contoured and lubricated seal, with optimized design and properties. The seal remains perfectly leak tight even under the harshest conditions.
