Unlike a branch tee (where the thread is on the bottom), the Male Run Tee features a male threaded port on one of the horizontal ends. This allows the fitting to be threaded directly into a component—such as a valve or cylinder—while allowing the air line to continue in a straight “run” past that point.

This configuration is essential for “daisy-chaining” multiple pneumatic components in series or for adding a drop-line to a main supply header with minimal space and fittings.
