The Prevost PPS Aluminum Threaded Tapping Flange (often called a “Quick Branch Saddle”) is a specialized retrofit fitting designed to create a threaded outlet anywhere along an existing compressed air header. Instead of a direct pipe connection, this flange provides a robust Female NPT or BSPP thread, allowing you to screw threaded components—such as ball valves, male stud couplings, or sensors—directly onto the main aluminum pipe.

This fitting is the ultimate problem-solver for system modifications, allowing maintenance teams to add threaded instrumentation or branch lines to a live network without cutting the main pipe or dismantling the system.
